Catering Event - Terms and Conditions



All catering contracts are subject to the following terms and conditions (updated 1st January 2011):

1. All prices are subject to the relevant VAT rates (13.5% for food and staff services, 21% for beverages and hirage of equipment etc.)

2. A 50% deposit is due in order to secure the booking of an event. A Pro-forma invoice can be issued to the client if requested. If the deposit is not received up to 7 days prior to the event, the date will be released.

3. The balance of the total invoice is payable upon receipt of the invoice.

4. An event will be considered confirmed once the deposit is received.

5. Cancellations may occur up to 5 working days prior to the event. If we receive a cancellation within 5 working days of the event, full payment of the event will be due.

6. Cancellation must be advised in writing to:

7. If bar and wine sales are on a consumption basis, the price for this will be included in the overall invoice.

8. In the event of a postponement, the deposit paid may be transferrable to a future date if it is within 6 months of the initial booking date. Further postponement will result in forfeit of the deposit.

9. The final number of guests for an event must be confirmed by email or phone minimum one week prior to the event. This number will constitute the minimum number charged for the event.

10. Provision of a quote does not constitute confirmation or availability.
